4K Ultra HD Video Too Large to Upload to YouTube, Facebook or Ins?

1 minute of 4K at 30FPS will take up about  350MB  for H264 and 175MB for HEVC. An it will chew up  20.5GB for H264 and  10.3GB  for HEVC when 4K 30FPS video length comes to 1 hour.  That's the downsize of 4K Ultra HD - too large in file size.
